See what I am talking about.

Xander's Summative

Xander's Summative

The last week of the quarter the boys had their Summatives per usual. The entry is only a month late. Xander's project group for the quarter involved filming a movie about traveling through time. He played the part of a professor who had invented a time machine. I don't think their was any type-casting involved, do you? The night of the summative we attended the "movie premiere". After watching the movie we got to take pictures of our kids with the sets and collect autographs from the different stars. Xander loved being a star and signing autographs. He would seriously pose for each picture.

Temple Light's with the Baileys

Temple Light's with the Baileys

I was taking pictures of Jared and sons and an Elder offered to take a family picture. The Baileys arrived as we were posing so a few of them joined in the shot. The Elder said, "Wow, that's a lot of kids! Are they all yours?" as he handed the camera to me. I seem to get that question a lot more often than Carey when we are together but that is probably just perception. Anyway, I would have been 18 when Jacob was born, pregnant at 17 which is a little early for me. Also there were 5 adults there so why would I get asked if they were all mine. Seems silly to me.

Temple Visitor's Center

Temple Visitor's Center

Jared did not want to sit and relax at home for the entire 2 weeks off of work. He wanted to do something special. Well, it was the last day of the International Nativity Exhibit at the Mesa Temple Visitor's Center and I had promised Xander I would take him before it closed. He picked going to the temple lights and visitor's center for his birthday family activity but with sickness, Christmas, and Stes and Bryce visiting we ran out of time. We did the lights portion of of activity on December 23rd with the Bailey family.
