Three Cups of Tea

"We breathed an air of utter satisfaction, of eternal peace. All this gives rise to a question. Isn't it better to live in ignorance of everything- asphalt and macadam, vehicles, telephones, television- to live in bliss without knowing it?" -Maraini

from my current Book Club book.

Short but sweet.

Jared set up a Google Reader for me. If you haven't done this yet you really must. It is awesome. So now instead of checking all the blogs individually I go to my Google reader from my gmail account and see if anyone has written anything new. It saves me a lot of time and hassle and I am less annoyed when people don't add anything new for long periods of time. I know that readers aren't new by any means but I am not really a techie and was rescued by my techie husband.

Some prizes I found because of my Reader . . .

I haven't been feeling very writey lately. I think I am suffering from life block.

Easter was wonderful. The Easter Bunny came and hid the eggs and left baskets for each of the children. Jared felt left out. The Easter Bunny filled stackable, sorting eggs with candy. We know because he left the egg carton for us to clean them up when we were finished emptying the eggs. We knew there were 48 eggs. Per usual the kids did not start the hunt until after church. It took hours and Jared and I kept recounting the eggs. We were short 3 eggs. The Easter bunny did not think he had hid any of the eggs that difficult. Jared and I couldn't even find the missing eggs.
